Crêpes du Nord serves cooked-to-order traditional French crêpes using local, organic and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We work with local farmers in New York and New Jersey to get the freshest and most sustainable ingredients for our crepes, including fruit, berries, vegetables, eggs and meats. Many of the items on the menu comes from farms.

Our sweet crêpes are made with unprocessed fine-milled wheat and filled with fresh local ingredients.  Savory crêpes are made with organic buckwheat flour.  Any crepe can be made gluten free upon request!
